Home doors manufactured by Hanwha Chemical Corporation are guaranteed by the manufacturer to be of good material and workmanship, free from defects that render them unserviceable or unfit for the use for which they were manufactured, subject to terms and conditions set forth herein.

Panel : 7 year guarantee Frame : 10 year guarantee Especially guaranteed to be free from defects such as    brittling, warpage, rotting,or splitting.    No warpage due to humidity or moisture.

3. Advisory note
Please keep the temperature difference between the inside room temperature and outside at less than 20?. Test results show that warp does not exceed 5mm when the difference is as much as 30?.

4. Interpretation of warp
Warp shall be interpreted as meaning the cupping, bowing or twisting of doors. It refers to distortion within the door itself and not to its relationship to the jambs of the frame in which it is hung. Warp exceeding 5mm shall be considered a defect.

5. Exclusions
Any intentional or accidental damage.
Natural variations in physical property or external appearance other than the
      above-mentioned defects.
Defects caused by exposure to direct sunlight.
Natural discoloration of door edge.
Doors that are improperly hung or do not swing freely.
Damage during transit.
Slight "Show-through" of frame components in doors under certain lighting
      conditions.
